After my first stint on season one of Crime Waves, I was invited back to work on season two as a fact checker. My role was similar, consisting of ensuring accuracy in scripts and providing guidance on changes. I also verified episode material by cross-checking sources and editing scripts to ensure they were properly transcribed.

The Texas Renaissance Festival is the largest ren fair in the nation. But it’s also been the scene of murders, assaults and other assorted crimes. Our reporting crew went to the fair to investigate this place where people live out their carnal fantasies and figure out just exactly how that could become so dangerous.
